| My husband and I were so pleased with Marshall's and find it to be the best place for fine dining on the island of St.Kitts. I have not had a better, more mouthwatering rack of lamb dinner anywhere in my life. Jay's snapper was outstanding! The service was attentive and impeccable, and tasty virgin strawberry daiquiris - oh my! The view of Nevis, the candles, and the sunset from the porch area overlooking the garden, and the scents of spices made for such a romantic setting. Our mouths are already watering for a Marshall's dinner on our return trip in September 2004 and highly recommend this place as a "dining experience not to be missed". |

| Our party of four dined at your picturesque restaurant last week. We were so impressed during our initial visit that we returned again for our last evening on St. Kitts. Your staff was professional and friendly, the food (especially the Seafood Coquille St. Kitts) was both outstanding and innovative. You've convinced us that a vacation to St. Kitts would not be complete without at least one visit to your charming restaurant. |

| My husband and I, along with two other couples, had the pleasure of dining at Marshall's twice last week on our first vacation to St Kitts. Your food was absolutely delicious. Our all time favorite was the Seafood Coquille St Kitts. We were told that if we sent you a request you would give us the recipe. I would love to make this for my friends. |

| This is THE place for the perfect special evening meal, comparable to any place any where. Food is spectacular, service is friendly and impeccable, atmosphere is fantastic. Sunset over the Caribbean while dining on the veranda was the perfect setting. We went twice during our week visit to the island, the second time being our last night before returning home - we wanted it to be a special evening, and it was. |
