"My wife, Suzanne, and I were so impressed we booked our 2nd reservation before coffee was served during our January 2007 visit for our wedding anniversary. The escargots and conch chowder were great starters. Chilean Sea Bass, Seared Scallops and a Snapper special were all perfectly prepared. We'll be back in January 2010 and may make it three dinners that trip."

"So we have been back home for a week...how depressing. We really miss St. Kitts! The people were so warm, none more so than yourself. The food was excellent and fresh, the beaches were beautiful. We hope to be back. We missed you after dinner on our last night. We wanted to thank you but you had already left for the night. That was extremely nice of you to treat us for dinner after just having met us for one night. In fact, we weren't even sure if we were being treated and still asked for the check because that had never happened to either of us before! But the staff said it was on you. I felt badly for not thanking you ealier before you left. Your restaurant was the best on the island and we tried them all (The Beach House, Serendipity, Stonewalls, The Royal Palm, Bobsy's). I miss your pumpkin and ginger soup! haha!

My husband and I were so pleased with Marshall's and find it to be the best place for fine dining on the island of St.Kitts. I have not had a better, more mouthwatering rack of lamb dinner anywhere in my life. Jay's snapper was outstanding! The service was attentive and impeccable, and tasty virgin strawberry daiquiris - oh my! The view of Nevis, the candles, and the sunset from the porch area overlooking the garden, and the scents of spices made for such a romantic setting. Our mouths are already watering for a Marshall's dinner on our return trip in September 2004 and highly recommend this place as a "dining experience not to be missed".

This is THE place for the perfect special evening meal, comparable to any place any where. Food is spectacular, service is friendly and impeccable, atmosphere is fantastic. Sunset over the Caribbean while dining on the veranda was the perfect setting. We went twice during our week visit to the island, the second time being our last night before returning home - we wanted it to be a special evening, and it was.
